i used payed poiyomi pro shader(you can use the free poiyomi to)

-using Unity 2018.4.20f1 (64-bit)

- is prefab package (you can recolor)

- 8840 k polygons without the circles 1366k polygons

-  2 materials materals slots

-made from scratch in blender

- it have 4-5 bones

- put colider on the tongue you not gonna use move it to the jaw so tungue dont go inside of the head or else just take off the Gravity

you need

newest poiyomi toon shader: https://github.com/poiyomi/PoiyomiToonShader/releases

-you need newest sdk 2 or 3

- Dynamic bones
